The EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF

We endeavor to adhere to the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Principles regarding personal data received from the EU, UK, and Switzerland. Where any conflict exists between this policy and the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles control. Information about the DPF program and our certification status can be obtained from us upon request.
International Transfers
Where cross-border transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards under applicable law (e.g., adequacy decisions and/or standard contractual clauses), and require recipients to protect personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Requirements.
In addition to other protections in this policy, we provide the following for EU/UK/Swiss personal information transferred to the U.S.:

Liability. In the context of onward transfers, we remain liable under the DPF Principles if our agent processes EU/UK/Swiss personal information in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Training. Employees who handle EU/UK/Swiss personal information receive appropriate training regarding this policy and the applicable principles.
Data Security and Storage Limitation
We maintain policies and technical/organizational measures designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
